The City of Monticello charges a fee for copies of records, and may charge a fee for administrative costs associated with record retrieval, the assessed fees must be paid prior to receipt of any copies.

Access the Open Record Portal - file a records request (GRAMA)

Inspection or receipt of any record may be denied or delayed if: 1) the record requested is determined by the City to be private, controlled, or protected under the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA), Utah Code, Title 63, Chapter 2, Part 3; or, 2) if the information in the record is otherwise exempt from disclosure; or, 3) if extraordinary circumstances exist. You will receive a response within ten business days after your written request has been received.
