Kirk Crowley Declaration of Candidacy

My name is Kirk Crowley. I am seeking to be elected to the Monticello City Council. My wife, Angela, and I have lived most of our lives in San Juan County. I was born in Monticello and raised in Eastland. We love it here, and don't plan to ever leave. We have 7 children. 6 of them graduated from Monticello High School, and our last child will graduate from Monticello High in 2025. As you can imagine, Monticello is very important to me. I am interested in making Monticello a better place for everyone who lives here and loves it like I do. Issues like economic development, water, zoning, financial matters, and overall community improvement are all important to me and I pledge to work on these items to the best of my ability. I have been a business manager/owner for the last 30 years. I have experience in every aspect of financial management, human resources, insurance/liability management, equipment management and many other things. I served as a board member of the Eastland Special Services District for over 15 years. I look forward to being your elected representative and serving you. I would appreciate your vote in November.
