The Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) is a set of laws designed to ensure public access to government records at all levels in Utah.

Request for Records

By clicking submit, I acknowledge that I understand the City may charge a fee for copies of records and may charge a fee for administrative costs associated with record retrieval (UT 63G-2-203), and that the assessed fees must be paid prior to receipt of any copies. I also acknowledge that I understand inspection or receipt of any record may be denied or delayed if:

     1. The record requested is determined by the City to be private, controlled, or protected under the Government Records Access and Management Act, or,

     2. If the information in the record is otherwise exempt from disclosure; or,

     3. If extraordinary circumstances exist.

I further understand that I will receive a response within ten business days after my written request has been received of approval, denial, or delay due to extraordinary circumstances.
